Lichenn started out as a printed arts and culture zine. It was made to combine the things in life that seemed most meaningful. Sharing ideas, stories, and art. Lichenn is the evolution of that idea.

With the nonstop bombardment of attention-seeking algorithms and ever-present ads, the Internet feels stressful and corporate. Lichenn was created in an attempt to provide a space for creative communities on the Internet. Lichenn is different from other social platforms. There are no likes and no comments. You interact by sharing and collecting. We want this to feel like the garden section of a public library, so here it is.
